I’m Alan Schwegler, MBA, Solutions Navigator UX Lead — Product Manager at Johnson Controls. I lead UX strategy for a global e-commerce platform, drawing on 15 years of experience across building systems, connected products, user research, and design leadership.

I returned to Johnson Controls in 2024 after four years at Brady, where I progressed from Sr. UX Designer to Lead UX Designer. Today I lead Solutions Navigator UX strategy and product initiatives, while mentoring UX students at Designlab. My MBA from Milwaukee School of Engineering complements a BA in Graphic Design from Creighton University.
